Ethan A. Budin is a Senior Principal of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to founding Flexpoint Partners, Mr. Budin was a Principal of GTCR. Mr. Budin's previous positions include: Principal of Leeds Group and its affiliated private equity fund, Advance Capital Partners; associate with The Boston Consulting Group; and mergers and acquisitions analyst with Lazard Freres and Co.

Mr. Budin graduated with an A.B. in mathematics, summa cum laude, from Harvard University, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
