Michael J. Tyree is a Vice President of Flexpoint Ford and previously spent two years as an Associate of the fund. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Mr. Tyree was an analyst with Lazard Freres and Co. specializing in mergers and acquisitions in life sciences.

Mr. Tyree received an A.B., Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
