Peter B. Greene is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford, Mr. Greene was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns and a member of the firm's Corporate Strategy Group where he was involved in the development and enhancement of new and existing businesses and oversaw a portion of the firm's investment portfolio. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Greene spent several years in Ryan Beck's investment banking department primarily working on commercial bank and thrift M&A transactions.

Mr. Greene received a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Management Information Systems.
