Flexpoint Ford Team

Don is our Founder and Executive Chairman. He founded Flexpoint Ford in 2005 and served as Chief Executive Officer until November 2025. Don began his private equity career in 1994 at GTCR, where he was a Principal and, for part of his tenure, chaired the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining GTCR, Don was an investment banker at Lazard, Ltd. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in financial institutions and other industries.

Don holds a B.S. degree in finance, with highest honors, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. Don served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois from 2019 to 2024.

Chris joined Flexpoint Ford in 2005 and currently serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing firm operations in addition to identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Chris spent 10 years in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, most recently as an Executive Director, where he was involved in a variety of acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate advisory transactions.

Chris received a B.A. in mathematical economics, cum laude with honors, from Colgate University and an M.B.A., with honors, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Steve is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Steve spent 12 years as a Partner at Adams Street Partners in various roles managing teams responsible for Accounting, Middle Office, Tax, Treasury Operations, and Performance Reporting & Analysis. Steve began his career in 2002 at KPMG, working in the financial services tax practice, where he focused primarily on private equity, mutual funds, banking, and other investment fund clients.

Steve received a B.B.A. in accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois State CPA Society.

Steve is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2008, Steve was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he was a member of the firm’s Management and Compensation Committee (2000-2008), led the Corporate Strategy Group and had responsibility for Asset Management (2007-2008). Steve spent 15 years of his 24-year career at Bear Stearns in the Financial Institutions Group, where he worked with a broad range of domestic and international clients on a variety of advisory and financing transactions.

Steve received a B.A. in economics, with honors, from Haverford College.

Ben is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford.  Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2016, Ben was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division focused on asset-based lending and securitized products.  Ben has extensive experience evaluating, structuring and managing all aspects of term securitizations and warehouse credit lines across a broad range of asset classes.

Ben received a B.S.B.A. in finance, summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.

Daniel is a Managing Director of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2013, Daniel was a Principal at Lee Equity Partners. During his tenure at Lee Equity Partners, he was involved in the investment of equity capital across a number of platform companies, primarily in financial services. Prior to Lee Equity, Daniel worked as a Business Analyst in the Corporate Finance Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Daniel received a B.B.A. in finance and economics, with Phi Beta Kappa and high distinction honors, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Michael is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2007, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising assignments.

Michael received an A.B. in economics, with honors, from The University of Chicago and an M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Health Care Management program.

Steve is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2025. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2005, Steve was a Partner at the accounting firm of Ernst and Young LLP, which he joined in 1985. From 1992 to 1994, Steve was a member of Ernst and Young’s National Tax Department in Washington, D.C.

Steve holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Emily is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investor relations and capital formation initiatives, leading engagement with current and prospective investors. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2024, Emily was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at BayPine, where she oversaw fundraising and investor relations activities for their inaugural private equity vehicle and numerous co-investment syndications. Prior to joining BayPine, she was Head of Investor Relations at Declaration Partners and before that, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Reservoir Capital. Emily began her career at Merrill Lynch working in investment banking within the Financial Institutions Group and later as a Principal in the Global Private Equity Group.

Emily received a B.A. in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Dominic is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2010, Dominic worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Wachovia Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory assignments.

Dominic received an A.B. in psychology from Harvard College and an M.B.A., with honors, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mike is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford.  Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2022, Mike was a Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners, where he had responsibility for leading opportunistic corporate and asset-backed investments globally.  Prior to joining Northleaf, Mike was a Principal at H.I.G. Capital and also worked at Moelis & Company and Macquarie Capital.

Mike received a B.S. in finance from Miami University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jon is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2008, Jon served as an Associate at GTCR. Jon previously worked at McKesson Corporation and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst with Lazard Freres and Co.

Jon holds a B.A. in music from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Josh is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Josh was a Partner at Avista Capital Partners, where he focused on healthcare investments. Josh previously worked as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.

Josh holds a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Arjun is a Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2020, Arjun was a Partner at Warburg Pincus, where he spent 12 years. At Warburg Pincus, he was primarily focused on investing in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Arjun worked at Trimaran Capital, a New York-based private equity fund.

Arjun received a B.S. in applied economics from Cornell University.

Perry is a Senior Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2006, Perry worked at GTCR, most recently as a Vice President in the Healthcare Group. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Perry received a B.A. in economics, with highest distinction and honors, from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ethan is a Senior Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2005, Ethan was a Principal of GTCR focusing on transactions in healthcare. Ethan previously worked as a Principal of Leeds Group and its affiliated private equity fund, Advance Capital Partners, an Associate with The Boston Consulting Group, and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst with Lazard Frères and Co.

Ethan graduated with an A.B. in mathematics, summa cum laude, from Harvard University, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Chuck is a Senior Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2005, Chuck served as a Principal of GTCR. Chuck’s prior investment experience includes four years at Summit Partners. Chuck began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group at Citicorp.

Chuck received an A.B. in economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he received the Henry Ford II Award for graduating first in his class and where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Stephane is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Stephane was an Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group. Stephane previously worked as a law clerk with Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a trader at the DRW Trading Group.

Stephane received a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2018, Jennifer was an Associate at Silver Oak Services Partners. Jennifer previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Jennifer received a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Elliot is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2017, Elliot was an Associate at Altaris Capital Partners. Elliot previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, where he focused on healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

Elliot received an A.B., with honors, in biology from Harvard University and an M.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Southern California.

Vilas is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2015, Vilas was an Associate in the Financial Services group at TA Associates. During his tenure at TA Associates, he focused primarily on investments in growth financial services and technology companies. Prior to TA Associates, Vilas worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company.

Vilas received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Phil is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2017, Phil was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory assignments.

Phil received a B.B.A. in finance, summa cum laude, from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Karan is a Principal at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2023, Karan was a Vice President at Waud Capital Partners. Previously, Karan worked in private equity at Golden Gate Capital and FFL Partners and in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Karan holds a B.S.E. in electrical & computer engineering and economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Peter was a Director on UBS O’Connor’s private credit team. Peter previously worked as an Associate at Credit Suisse in the securitized products group.

Peter received an A.B. in economics from Harvard University.

Parth is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2017, Parth worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory assignments.

Parth received a B.S. in business administration with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. with high honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Wallman Scholar.

Colin is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Colin was an Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners, where he focused on consumer services investments. Colin previously worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago.

Colin received a B.B.A. in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Alex is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Alex was Chief Investment Officer at Opus Music Group. Prior to Opus Music Group, Alex was a Principal in the Opportunistic Investment Group at Allstate.

Alex received a B.A. in financial economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ed is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2021, Ed was a Senior Associate at 777 Partners where he focused on executing investments in financial services companies. Prior to 777 Partners, Ed was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies.

Ed received a B.S.B.A. in finance and accounting from Georgetown University.

Sean is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2022, Sean was a Senior Associate at Apax Partners. Sean previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore and RBC Capital Markets, focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Sean received a B.Com. in finance from McGill University.

Shane is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2019, Shane was Senior Financial Analyst at CSS, a PE-backed regulatory technology platform. Prior to CSS, Shane was an Associate in the Economic & Valuation Services group of KPMG.

Shane received a B.S. in finance from The College of New Jersey and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Zach is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2019, Zach was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Institutions Group focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising advisory assignments.

Zach received a B.B.A. in finance and accounting, with high distinction, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Will is a Vice President at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Will was a Senior Associate at Siris Capital. Will previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup.

Rohan is a Senior Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2022, Rohan was an Associate in the Esoteric Asset Backed Securities Originations group at J.P. Morgan.

Rohan received a B.S. in finance & computing and data science from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Will is a Senior Associate at Flexpoint Ford, where he supports the firm’s investor relations and capital formation initiatives. His responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective investors and contributing to the firm’s broader fundraising strategy.

Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Will was a Senior Associate at Colbeck Capital Management, where he focused on capital formation and investor relations across the firm’s opportunistic credit platform. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate at Hamilton Lane in the Client Solutions group, managing relationships with institutional investors across the U.S. and Canada and supporting fundraising efforts for commingled funds, customized separate accounts, and strategic partnerships. Will began his career at BNY Mellon Investment Management.

He holds a B.A. in environmental studies from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ki is a Senior Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2023, Ki served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure group at Lazard, specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments. Ki previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup.

Ki holds a B.B.A in finance from Miami University.

Moris also has prior experience working in the Financial Planning team at the weather technology company Tomorrow.io.

Jonathan is an Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Jonathan served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Insurance group at Evercore, specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments.

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Claudia was an Associate at Brighton Park Capital focusing primarily on investments in growth financial services and technology companies. Francesco is an Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Francesco was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising advisory assignments.

Francesco received a B.S. in international economics and management from Bocconi University and a M.Fin. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kevin is a Portfolio Management Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2023, Kevin was an Investment Analyst covering Technology, Media and Telecommunications at Credit Capital Investments, where he focused on public equities.

Kevin received a B.A. in business administration, cum laude, from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Jared is an Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2025, Jared served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Media group at Solomon Partners, specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments.

Jared holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Kevin is an Associate at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Kevin was an Analyst in the Securitized Products Group at Morgan Stanley.

Kevin received a B.A. in mathematics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2020, Mark was the Finance Director for Private Equity and Real Estate at Allstate Investments, part of The Allstate Corporation. Mark began his career in public accounting and spent 13 years at PwC, primarily in the Transaction Services advisory practice.

Mark holds a B.A. in business studies and economics from the University of Sheffield and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Missy serves as Chief Accounting Officer at Flexpoint Ford, overseeing the financial reporting as well as audit and tax management responsibilities. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2015, Missy spent 11 years in the Assurance Services practice in the Chicago office of the accounting firm Ernst and Young LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager, where her experience included GAAP and SEC financial reporting, risk management, and auditing both publicly and privately held REITs as well as private equity companies.

Missy holds B.A. and M.S. degrees in accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois State CPA Society.

Kristen serves as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions for the firm.  Prior to joining Flexpoint, Kristen served as Head of Human Resources for Banks Street Partners, which later merged with Performance Trust Capital Partners.  While there, Kristen held the position of Director, Business Operations and Strategic Solutions, overseeing various back-office operations teams.  Kristen’s early career includes HR Generalist and Recruiting positions with Kimley-Horn and Piedmont Natural Gas.

Kristen holds a B.S in business management North Carolina State University.  Kristen currently sits on the Board of Directors for the NC State Alumni Association and has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Robert serves as the Vice President of Tax at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2017, Robert was a financial analyst at Equity Group Investments, a private investment firm. Robert began his career at Deloitte where he worked in the private equity tax advisor group.

Robert obtained a B.B.A in accounting and finance from the University of Iowa.

Kevin serves as the Valuations Manager at Flexpoint Ford, overseeing the portfolio valuation processes. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Kevin was a Vice President in the portfolio valuation practice at Lincoln International and started his career in the Economic & Valuation Services group at KPMG in 2013.

Kevin received a B.B.A. in finance and business economics from Seattle University. Kevin holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Holly has worked at Flexpoint Ford for our Executive Chairman, Don Edwards, since the firm was founded in 2005. Prior to joining the Flexpoint team, she held an Executive Assistant position at GTCR, also assisting Don, marking over 30 years of continuous support.

Tara is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Tara supported senior management executives at News Corporation in Los Angeles including the CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Tara studied at Mount Saint Mary’s College and UCLA and earned a B.A. in history with honors. She holds a CASA certification from New York State Court.

Aisling is a Fund Accounting Manager at Flexpoint Ford, responsible for supporting the firm’s fund accounting and financial reporting processes. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Aisling held a similar position at Pinnacle Fund Services in Vancouver, where they provided fund administration services to a broad range of Private Equity investment clients.

Aisling holds a B.Com. from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong foundation in fund operations to the role.

Min is a Senior Tax Accountant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Min started her career at Deloitte in the Business Tax Services group primarily serving private equity and family office clients.

Min obtained a B.S. in accounting and an M.A.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ehmudh is a Valuations Analyst at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2022, Ehmudh was a Business Valuation Consultant at RSM.

Ehmudh obtained a B.S. in finance from DePaul University.

Thomas is a Senior Fund Accountant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Thomas was a member of the private equity accounting team at PPM America.

Thomas obtained a B.S. in accountancy from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University.

Lourdes is the Corporate Controller at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2018, Lourdes was a member of the accounting team at Jeff McClusky and Associates.

Lourdes obtained a B.S.B. in accountancy from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University.

Naimah is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. Naimah is a Chicago native. An experienced administrative professional, she has worked in various industries including municipal government, non-profit organizations and various other financial institutions. She holds a B.A. in psychology from DePaul University.

Farukh is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Farukh worked at JPMorgan as a Senior Executive Assistant. Before JPMorgan, Farukh spent seventeen years in Higher Education as a Higher Education Administrator at New York University and, prior to that, at Queens College CUNY.

Farukh holds a B.S. in business from SPS, City University of New York.

Xuan serves as a Fund Accounting Manager at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Xuan was an Assistant Controller at PGIM Private Capital, where she managed mezzanine fund accounting operations. Before PGIM, she was a Senior Fund Accountant at Maranon Capital, responsible for the daily accounting operations of credit funds.

Xuan holds an M.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Marian is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2022, Marian worked in the healthcare and media industries. She obtained a B.A. in history and psychology from Dartmouth College.

Michael serves as Compliance Manager at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Michael was a Compliance Manager at IQ-EQ Fund Services, a compliance consultancy firm, where his experience includes assisting Registered Investment Advisors with complex SEC regulatory requirements.

Michael holds a B.A. in political science from Miami University of Ohio and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Andi is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint, Andi supported executives and partners at Brigade Capital Management, where she provided cross-functional administrative support across multiple departments and managed a wide range of operational and high-level responsibilities.

She began her career in executive administrative roles within the finance and legal services industries, including positions at Latham & Watkins and Broad Communications Technology.

Andi studied at the Borough of Manhattan Community College and holds a Certificate in Accounting Principles from Baruch College. She is also a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New York.

Jessica joined Flexpoint Ford in 2025 as a Corporate Accountant. She began her career in administrative roles across the hospitality and IT industries, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate operations and support.

Jessica earned a B.A. in psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Alonzo is a Corporate Accountant at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2023, Alonzo worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at DDB San Francisco, a prominent advertising agency. In this role, he undertook diverse Finance and Accounting responsibilities, contributing to the success of the company’s San Francisco, New York, and Chicago offices.

Alonzo received a B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University.

Meghan is a Fund Accounting Manager at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2022, Meghan was an Associate Specialist in the Hedge Fund Services group at Northern Trust, where she provided financial reporting and administrative services to alternative investment industry clients. Prior to Northern Trust, Meghan was an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG.

Meghan holds B.B.A. and M.S. degrees in accounting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Marni serves as the Fund Controller at Flexpoint Ford, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial reporting and managing audit processes. Prior to joining Flexpoint, she served as Vice President of Accounting at AJ Capital Partners.

Earlier in her career, Marni held roles as Portfolio Controller and Senior Financial Analyst at CA Ventures and Walton Street Capital. She began her career in the Assurance Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP. Her experience includes GAAP and SEC financial reporting, risk management, and auditing both publicly and privately held REITs, as well as private equity firms.

Marni holds a B.B.A. in accounting and an M.B.A. from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Claudia is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. She leverages over a decade of experience and expertise in supporting C-level executives. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2023, Claudia worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Legal and Chief of Human Resources at Duracell. Prior to Duracell, she worked as an Executive Assistant and Analyst on the Strategy, Markets, & Development team at international engineering firm, thyssenkrupp.

Claudia holds a B.A. in business management & marketing and a M.Ed., with distinction, from DePaul University. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jillian serves as an Office Administrator in the New York office of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2025, Jillian held multiple roles with Marriott International, managing their Front Office operations. She completed Marriott’s Global Leadership Development Program in 2024.

Jillian holds a B.S. in business administration from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University.

Grace serves as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at Flexpoint Ford, supporting all HR functions across the firm. Prior to joining Flexpoint, she was an Associate at Maven Search, specializing in Investment Banking. Grace was previously a member of the Investment Banking and Private Equity team at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Grace holds a B.A. in organizational communication and leadership from Butler University.

Shanleigh is a Fund Accountant at Flexpoint Ford, where she supports the financial operations and reporting processes. Prior to her current role, she was a Finance and Operations Intern at Flexpoint during the summer of 2025.

Shanleigh graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.B.A. in finance and brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and accounting to her work.

Mallory serves as an Office Administrator in the Chicago office of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint in 2024, Mallory worked in the sales and staffing agency industries.

Mallory obtained a B.S. in marketing from North Park University and is currently pursuing her M.H.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.

Sara is an Executive Assistant at Flexpoint Ford. She has over 25 years of experience providing professional administrative services. Her background includes supporting roles in the financial services sector, airline industry, and higher education.
